About me and my therapy practice

Therapy is a space where you get to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, your needs, and what matters most. I’m a person-centred, integrative therapist offering a warm, compassionate, and encouraging space where you can feel safe to explore life’s challenges at your own pace. Each session is shaped around you, supporting you gently and with care as you untangle what’s getting in the way of how you want to feel and live.

I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, grief, low mood, self-doubt, identity questions, and life transitions. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. I bring warmth, empathy, and a grounded, open dialogue to each session, while gently offering challenge when it can support your growth. Above all, I believe therapy should feel like a safe, trusting relationship—where you feel truly met, seen, and supported.

I work with clients ages 10 and up.

Practice description

Life can feel overwhelming at times — full of anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection. You might feel lost, alone, or unsure where to turn next. If you’ve found yourself here, I want to say: you don’t have to do this on your own.

I offer a confidential, steady space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard — without judgement. Whether you're struggling to cope, feeling stuck, or simply unsure what’s going on inside, we can explore things together and work towards clarity, strength, and emotional connection.

I’m a qualified, registered integrative psychotherapist, and I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds across a range of challenges — including anxiety, trauma, identity questions, low self-worth, and emotional overwhelm. I also have a particular interest in disordered eating, body-related issues, and supporting people in finding a more balanced, compassionate relationship with themselves.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and encouraging. I draw from Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, and creative or body-focused work when helpful. I’ll meet you wherever you are — and together we’ll create the kind of space that supports your healing, growth, and self-understanding.

I work in person from my therapy space in Wimpole Street,  Clapham Junction and Kensington and and I also offer online sessions across the UK.

If any of this resonates with you, you're warmly welcome to get in touch.

Practice description

My practice offers a calm, confidential space for adults and adolescents to talk openly, reflect, and work through what’s feeling difficult or unclear. Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what you need, I offer a steady, supportive presence to help you find clarity and move forward.

I see therapy as a space for growth — not just in how we think or feel, but in how we live, relate, make decisions, and express who we are. Good therapy, whether short-term or long-term, can bring real change. It can support you to come into deeper contact with your authentic self, your spontaneity, and your capacity to thrive.

My approach is relational, integrative, and trauma-informed. I draw from Gestalt therapy, Transactional Analysis, and creative or body-focused methods. I tailor each session to ensure your emotional needs are met through a strong, attuned therapeutic relationship.

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place either online or in person at my therapy space in Victoria (SW1), just a 3-minute walk from Victoria Station. The room is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming.

You’re welcome to get in touch if you’d like to begin.
