About me and my therapy practice
I’m a friendly, down-to-earth counsellor with a broad range of experience in helping people who want change in their lives. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelming emotions, experiencing relationship or work challenges, or just feeling stuck, I believe that with help, you have the power to overcome obstacles.
I’m also a coach with extensive experience in helping corporate clients and I offer a unique therapy-based approach to supporting professionals with individual and group sessions.
I aim to bring hope and optimism to your life, and with compassion and understanding, work alongside you so you can overcome your challenges now and manage your problems independently in the future.
What I provide
A confidential and compassionate approach with no judgement where you can make sense of what’s happening in your life and make positive change. Our sessions will be a place where you can be yourself and talk, cry, laugh, and vent about your difficulties.
I can support you to:
untangle your thoughts
manage your emotions
work through your problems
cope with loss and trauma
work on low self-esteem
set goals and make changes
As an integrated therapist, I’m trained in a variety of counselling therapies, providing individualised support for every client.
I work with clients around the world, both private individuals and corporate clients.
Coaching for corporate clients: With extensive experience in business management, with a focus on mentoring, motivation and coping with change, I offer individual and group sessions for organisations.
Practice description
An integrative approach means I provide a variety of approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, person-centred counselling and psychodynamic therapy. I work alongside you and together we will decide the best therapeutic approach for you. We will regularly review your progress to ensure you are getting the most out of therapy.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute session where we can speak over the phone or you can meet me either via online or face-to-face and explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope for and whether working together feels like a good fit. I can briefly explain the different therapies and I’ll gain an understanding of the specific challenges you’re currently facing and we can agree a plan for your sessions.
