About me and my therapy practice
I believe in stepping into your world alongside you — not to tell you what to do, but to offer support, encouragement, and practical emotional tools to help you heal and grow.
I’m a qualified counsellor (currently studying Level 7 Integrative Psychotherapy) offering humanistic, integrative, and holistic therapy — which simply means that I bring different approaches together to meet you where you are.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, addiction, grief, or loss, our work together is about gently reconnecting you to yourself — your needs, your values, your inner steadiness.
Practice description
I offer therapy for people who need space to explore what’s going on in their world, especially if you’ve spent a long time holding everything together for everyone else.
Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s next. Maybe you’re tired of people-pleasing, stuck in old habits that no longer serve you, or finding it hard to switch off from the constant “shoulds.” Or you simply need a safe, confidential space to begin untangling life’s challenges — somewhere you can finally exhale.
Having been through my own therapeutic journey, I understand how disorienting it can feel when nothing seems clear. That deep sense of “I don’t know what to do or where to start” is one I know well. And I also know the power of having a space that’s just for you — where you’re not judged, not interrupted, but instead truly seen, heard and understood. That kind of space can bring deep healing.
My first session
I offer a complimentary 20-minute video call so we can get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit for one another. Finding the right therapist is important, and this gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and see how it feels to connect.
If we decide to work together, we’ll arrange our first session from there. I don’t work to a fixed number of sessions, as I believe therapy is a collaborative and individual process. We’ll regularly check in together about your experience and your progress, making sure the work feels supportive and that we’re moving in a direction that feels right for you.
My fee is £60 for online sessions and £70 for face-to-face sessions.
