I am available for both individual and relationship therapy online between the following times:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 12pm (couples only).
About me and my therapy practice
I offer specialised therapy for high-functioning individuals and couples who appear “fine” on the surface, yet beneath feel disconnected, emotionally numb or overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift. This may show up as anxiety, low self-esteem, infidelity, addictions, and relationship difficulties or a growing sense of disconnection from themselves and others.
Perhaps it feels confusing to look capable and successful on the outside, yet still feel as though something inside is missing, unfulfilled or emotionally broken. Maybe relationships feel harder than they should …the same conflict cycles, emotional closeness feels difficult to sustain, or the familiar sense of loneliness, even when surrounded by people who care.
Many of the individuals and couples I work with are intelligent, self-aware and growth-minded, yet still find themselves caught in painful emotional or relationship patterns they cannot seem to break. Some come to therapy unsure whether it will truly help, or whether they’ll find a therapist who genuinely understands and can hold the depth and complexity of what they’re experiencing.
I’ve had success creating a space where clients feel deeply understood, emotionally safe to risk vulnerability and ultimately feel supported in creating meaningful and lasting change. My approach balances warmth, emotional depth and psychological insight, helping you slow down to make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface, and not simply focusing on behaviours in isolation. Together, we safely unravel the deeper patterns, unmet needs, fears and values driving persistent cycles, without judgement, so you feel empowered to take meaningful action that changes your situation.
Practice description
I integrate psychology with practical therapeutic tools, including an awareness of the body and nervous system to help you learn to recognise and respond to emotional triggers effectively. I also draw on creative techniques where words alone feel limiting. Our work is tailored to reflect your unique experiences, whether shaped by culture, sexual orientation, neurodiversity - ADHD, autism, religion or spirituality.
For couples, I offer a supportive space that moves beyond blame, defensive coping strategies and repeating cycles of conflict - perhaps one of you pursues while the other withdraws, leaving you feeling lonely and stuck, or more like roommates than lovers. Together we move towards strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening your emotional and physical intimacy.
I offer therapy online from the comfort of your home worldwide, and in person from Bromley, South East London. Reach out for a free call to see if we’re a good fit.
