About me and my therapy practice
I offer specialised therapy for high-functioning individuals and couples who appear “fine” on the surface, yet privately feel overwhelmed, stressed, emotionally disconnected or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift.
You may be capable and independent across much of your life, thriving professionally and managing responsibilities well, yet feel surprisingly vulnerable in relationships. Perhaps you become emotionally dependent, anxious about closeness or rejection, or find yourself needing reassurance despite knowing you’re capable of standing on your own. For couples, this may show up as repeated conflict, communication difficulties, infidelity, fading intimacy or feeling more like roommates than partners.
Many of my clients are intelligent, self-aware and motivated to grow, yet find themselves caught in painful patterns they understand intellectually but struggle to change practically. You may even wonder whether therapy can really help, or whether you’ll find someone who can understand the depth and complexity of what you’re experiencing.
Over the years, I’ve created a space where clients feel genuinely understood and emotionally safe enough to be vulnerable. My approach combines warmth, psychological depth and practical tools that lead to meaningful change. Rather than focusing only on behaviours or symptoms, we explore what lies beneath the surface: unmet needs, quiet fears, hidden values and protective strategies shaping how you experience yourself and your relationships.
Together, we work towards meaningful change and growth, whether that means feeling more connected to yourself, responding differently to emotional triggers, or rebuilding connection with your partner.
