Saturday: 9am - 12pm (Couples only).
About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals and couples, online and in Bromley, South East London, who find that difficult emotions are affecting their health, relationships, work, and life. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk safely about what’s going on - whether it’s something you’ve never said out loud - like a secret affair or addiction, panic attacks, a growing sense of loosing control, or a quiet fear that you don’t have what it takes to achieve what you truly want.
You may feel stuck in painful, repeating patterns - either within yourself or your relationships. Perhaps the same conflicts arise again and again, where one of you pursues while the other withdraws, leaving you feeling disconnected, rejected, or more like roommates than partners.
Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns, needs, and fears driving these cycles. I’ll support you in making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, while helping you build the awareness and tools needed for lasting change. It will finally start to feel possible to create the safe connections you need, while feeling secure within yourself and in your relationships.
Practice description
My approach integrates psychology with practical therapeutic tools, including an awareness of the body and nervous system to help you recognise and respond to emotional triggers. I also draw on creative techniques where words alone are not enough. Our work will reflect your unique experiences, whether shaped by culture, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, ADHD, religion or spirituality, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you.
Clients frequently report feeling calmer, lighter, and more empowered through our work. They report developing stronger emotional regulation, clearer thinking, and greater confidence navigating life’s uncertainties.
Therapeutic approaches: Person-centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
