About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Edge Hill University. I have over 200 hours of clinical experience and have worked across diverse settings, including schools, hospitals, prisons, and community spaces. My wide spanning experience lends itself well to working with diverse clients.Practice description
We can work together online or in person from my practice in Chorlton. My approach gives you space to lead your own therapeutic journey while I support you with grounding, clarity and emotional insight. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, overwhelm, identity questions or big life transitions, I offer a calm, creative space to explore your personal growth at your own pace.
