About me and my therapy practice
My specialist focus is neurodiversity, one-to-one psychotherapy, and couples, relationship and family therapy.
I offer calm, structured support to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional resilience, and move towards greater clarity, connection, and lasting change.
I take an integrative, holistic approach, grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic principles and informed by a cohesive blend of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Our work is both depth-oriented and practical. We explore what may be shaping your experience beneath the surface, while also strengthening psychological flexibility, emotional resilience, and the inner steadiness needed for lasting change.
Practice description
Expert Therapy
Tailored to how you think, feel, and live. Providing individualised support for adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationships, neurodiversity, and life transitions – helping you move from struggle to strength with evidence-based techniques and genuine care.
1-2-1 Therapy
Private, one-to-one psychotherapy tailored to your unique needs. A confidential space to explore, grow, and create meaningful change – with an approach that is both psychologically deep and practically supportive.
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, life transitions, or a sense of being stuck, steady, professional support helps you understand what’s happening and shift it.
Couples, Relationship & Family Therapy
Expert relationship therapy to deepen connection and rebuild trust.
A safe, neutral space for honest dialogue and meaningful growth – especially when the same issues keep repeating.
When communication breaks down, conflict escalates, or closeness fades, it can feel exhausting and lonely – even when there is love. Relationship therapy offers a structured way to understand what’s happening between you, and to change it.
Neurodiversity
Specialised neurodiversity support to help you thrive, not just cope. Therapy tailored to neurodivergent experience – with a calm, professional focus on clarity, self-understanding, and practical change.
You may be newly diagnosed, self-identified, or simply beginning to understand yourself more clearly. Neurodivergence can shape emotion, identity, relationships, stress tolerance, and everyday functioning – and therapy works best when it is designed around how your mind naturally operates.
My first session
For new clients, I offer a complimentary 15–30 minute initial telephone consultation to explore your presenting concerns, understand what has brought you to therapy, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.
Following this, I will send you my availability, a proposed start date, a client details form, and a working agreement to complete in order to secure your appointment.
My practice works to two fixed fee rates: one for individual psychotherapy and one for couples or family work.
Payment is taken on the day of the session. The initial booking includes two session payments: one for the first session and one retained on account as a missed session fee in accordance with practice terms.
