About me and my therapy practice

I'm warm, open and non judgmental. I aim to see the world from my client's perspective. It's a process of discovery that we embark upon together. I believe that my clients have everything within themselves to facilitate positive change.

Practice description

I see therapy as a process of raising awareness. When we become aware of patterns of behaviour that may be obstacles to our happiness, then we can make choices, we are empowered. My sessions offer a safe, creative and dynamic environment where you will be seen and heard. I'm open minded and share my thinking. I may sometimes challenge but always from the point of view of fully supporting my client. I'm on your side.

My first session

I offer an initial phone call in advance of any commitment so you can get a sense of who I am.
