About me and my therapy practice
When life’s challenges feel overwhelming or keep repeating, they can weigh heavily on your thoughts, your body, and your relationships. Having a confidential space with a trained professional who listens with care to your unique story can help you make sense of your experience and open the door to new understanding and, at times, unexpected possibilities for change.
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor who believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we will explore what feels most helpful for you.
I offer a warm, steady and confidential space where you can slow down and make sense of what you’re going through. Many of my clients seek support during challenging or uncertain times in their relationships or family life. These experiences can feel overwhelming, and I aim to provide a grounded, consistent presence as you explore your emotions, values and choices — at a pace that feels right for you.
In addition to my counselling qualification, I am a trained mediator. This allows me to support clients navigating strained or conflictual relationships — whether with partners, ex-partners, parents, siblings or colleagues. We can look at communication patterns, boundaries and emotional triggers, helping you gain clarity and confidence in how you want to move forward.
Whether you are seeking relief from emotional overwhelm, deeper self-understanding, or support through a period of change, I will work alongside you. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we can take it one step at a time.
If you feel we might be a good fit, I would be glad to connect and discuss how we can begin your therapeutic journey.
