- Online counselling is available throughout the UK
- A session costs £60 and lasts 50 minutes
- I'm available from Monday to Thursday, during the day and in the evening
- I offer flexible online and phone sessions that fit your schedule. You can choose weekly, 2-weekly, or ad-hoc sessions to ensure you receive the support you need
- Limited early morning sessions from 7:30 am via Zoom or phone for pre-work or family commitments
- Concessions are available to you. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss this with me

Hello and welcome. I'm Rebecca

Starting therapy can feel daunting and scary. You're already struggling, and I know how overwhelming this is for you. You ask yourself: how can I make a good decision and find a therapist who is right for me when my mind is already racing, and feeling so lost? I understand. I've been where you are, too.
When we meet for our first session or speak on our introductory call, you'll feel the warmth and calm I bring. Our sessions will feel safe and validating, and I will be there, building your trust, to help you bring the parts that are weighing you down. All the sadness, loss, regret, shame and anger, and that negative voice that’s been telling you, 'I'm not good enough.’
How you think and what you believe shape all your experiences in life. Therapy helps you become curious. It teaches you to be kind to yourself through self-compassion. It supports you in a crisis and when you need some reassurance in life.

Our first session provides a space for you to begin sharing and exploring what's brought you here. I understand how vulnerable this can feel and the emotions it can bring, but I will be there to guide and support you gently. You can share your thoughts and feelings in our sessions, knowing you will be fully accepted.
As we delve into the core of who you are, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we will identify your strengths and what motivates you, so we can work to get you back on track and help you gain a clearer sense of how to move forward.
You’ll begin to feel more in control of your life. Leading to healthier interactions and a stronger, kinder connection with yourself. This journey can help you grow in confidence, rediscover happiness, and make positive choices for your future.
