About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist, and Author with over 20 years experience working in mental health across the NHS, private practice, and organisational settings. Alongside my clinical work, I run a wellbeing consultancy and deliver keynote talks on topics such as resilience, mental health, leadership and culture.
In my private practice I work with adults 1:1 and couples, supporting people to navigate life’s challenges and facilitate change. My approach to therapy is person-centred, collaborative and evidence-based. I aim to offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, be heard, and start to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I will listen carefully and reflect with you, while also asking thoughtful and sometimes gently challenging questions to encourage new perspectives and support meaningful change.
In my experience, people come to therapy for many reasons, to make sense of painful experiences, to manage anxiety or stress, to improve relationships, to make changes and sometimes to reconnect with a sense of meaning and purpose. Clients I work with often seek support for:
Anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and stress
Low self-esteem and confidence
Depression, low mood, or emotional numbness
ADHD, autism, and neurodiversity
Burnout, work stress, procrastination and perfectionism
Trauma, bereavement, loss, and PTSD
Addiction, compulsive behaviours, and substance use
Anger, emotional regulation difficulties, and impulsivity
Relationship and family issues
Difficulties with intimacy, trust & jealousy
Identity questions, life transitions and existential therapy
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s often the first towards meaningful change. I offer a free 15-minute consultation, where I can hear more about you, share how I work, and you can ask questions to see if we might be a good fit.
Practice description
As an Integrative Therapist, I have been trained in, and draw from, a range of evidence-based therapeutic models, including:
Contemporary Psychotherapy
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)
DBT Skills (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Schema & Narrative Therapy
Couples Therapy & Systemic Therapy
Eco-Therapy and Nature-Based Approaches
Trauma-Informed and Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice
This integrative approach means our sessions can be shaped to your individual goals, whether you want to develop practical coping tools, explore deeper emotional patterns, or rebuild confidence and connection in your daily life.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and take place weekly. I offer both short-term focused work and longer-term therapy, depending on what feels right for you. As well as individual therapy for adults, I also work with couples, provide clinical supervision for therapist and offer consultation and psychoeducational workshops for organisations.
My first session
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and any questions you have about the process. It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable, so there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.
We’ll also go over practical details such as confidentiality, session structure, and ways of working together. This session helps us decide if the fit feels right, and whether we’d like to continue. If I’m not the best person to support you, I’ll always do my best to point you in the right direction.
Above all, our first meeting is a supportive, collaborative space where your story is heard and respected.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, coaches and other mental health professionals who want to work safely, reflectively, and sustainably. My approach to supervision is integrative, relational, and collaborative. I offer a professional thinking space to explore your practice, strengthen confidence, and maintain ethical, effective work.
I am a BACP registered psychotherapist and am currently completing my Diploma in Clinical Supervision at The Awareness Centre (to be completed April 2026), training across multiple models including Hawkins & Shohet’s Seven-Eyed Model, the Proctor Model (formative, normative, restorative), and contemporary integrative and relational frameworks.
I began my clinical career over ten years ago in the NHS, working across Older Adults, Adult Services, CAMHS, and Learning Disability teams, before moving into private practice. Alongside my clinical work, I am an author, keynote speaker, and the founder of a mental health consultancy that designs and delivers evidence-based training, leadership development, and large-scale culture change programmes for organisations around the world. This wider professional context informs my supervision practice, bringing a nuanced understanding of how psychological work happens not only in therapy rooms but within complex systems and teams.
Practice description
In supervision, I aim to balance support and challenge, helping supervisees reflect on their work with curiosity and compassion while staying grounded in professional and ethical frameworks. Supervision is a space to think together about client material, practitioner process, boundaries, transference and countertransference, and the personal impact of the work.
Sessions are led by your needs;
Whether you’re a trainee developing your therapeutic identity
An experienced practitioner deepening reflective practice
Someone seeking a psychologically informed space to think about complex relational or organisational dynamics.
We will review our work regularly to ensure supervision continues to meet your professional goals and supports your growth and wellbeing as a practitioner.
I am offering reduced fees whilst I am a trainee for individual online supervision;
£60 for 60 minutes
£90 for 90 minutes
