About me and my therapy practice
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling with unhelpful patterns in your life or relationships, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I offer psychotherapy, counselling and coaching for adults seeking greater clarity, deeper self-understanding, and lasting change. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. At its core, my work is about sitting alongside people as they make sense of their lives.
Many of the people I work with appear capable and successful on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity, or emotional exhaustion.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom. A relaxed, no-obligation conversation to explore whether working together feels right.
I work in London (Clapham), Brighton & Hove, and online across the UK and abroad.
I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, BACP-accredited counsellor, and accredited coach with the Association for Coaching (AC). Leading private health insurers, including AXA, Aviva, and Vitality, recognise me.
My Qualifications:
MSc (Distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University
Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute
Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling – Metanoia Institute
Business Coaching Certificate – Møller Institute, University of Cambridge
Certificate in Trauma and Building Resilience - The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
Practice description
Psychotherapy and Counselling
I work with adults (18+) who are often thoughtful, capable and appear to be managing well, yet feel unsettled within. Some are struggling with anxiety, relationships or self-worth. Others are navigating demanding professional lives, questions around identity or sexuality, or significant periods of change.
Many people I work with are used to coping. Therapy often begins when coping is no longer enough.
Therapy can help you understand the patterns in how you think, feel and relate to others, and explore how earlier experiences may still be influencing your life today. Together, we can develop greater self-understanding, strengthen your relationships and boundaries, and create more freedom in how you live and make choices.
Coaching
Coaching can help when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what to do next. Life does not neatly divide into “work” and “personal.” What happens at work can affect our confidence, relationships, and well-being.
Coaching is practical and forward-focused. Together, we clarify what is happening, identify what is getting in the way, and work out what you want to do next.
As both a psychotherapist and an executive coach, I can help you consider the whole picture: work, relationships, identity, ambition, and whatever else may be keeping you awake at night.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll explore what’s happening in your life now, how you’re feeling, and what feels most important to address.
I’ll ask you to share a little about your background, including significant relationships and life events, experiences of loss or illness, and how you tend to cope.
Above all, this first session is about creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. There is no obligation to continue unless it feels right for you.

Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Business coaching, Career coaching, Coach Therapist, Depression, Executive coaching, Identity issues, Leadership coaching, LGBTQ+ counselling, Men's issues, Narcissism, Relationships, Self esteem, Service veterans, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Trauma
