If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling with unhelpful patterns in your life or relationships, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I offer psychotherapy, counselling, and executive coaching for adults seeking greater clarity, deeper self-understanding, and lasting change.

Many of the people I work with appear capable and successful on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity, or emotional exhaustion.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust, creating a space where you can reflect openly, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom. A relaxed, no-obligation conversation to explore whether working together feels right.

I work in London (Clapham), Brighton & Hove, and online across the UK and internationally.

I am recognised by AXA, Aviva and Vitality insurance providers.

Fees and availability

£80 – Evenings (after 5.00 pm)

£75 – Weekday daytime sessions (9.00 am–5.00 pm)

Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.

About me and my therapy practice

You Might Recognise Yourself In Some Of The Following:

  • Feeling anxious or restless, even when there’s no clear reason
  • A sense of emptiness, low mood, or emotional disconnection
  • Fear of rejection, abandonment, or being “too much” in relationships
  • Difficulty trusting yourself, your feelings, or your decisions
  • Exhaustion from work pressure, burnout, or difficult environments
  • Feeling different, unseen, or not quite belonging — socially, professionally, or emotionally
  • These experiences often have roots in earlier relationships or life experiences and can continue to shape how you relate to yourself and others.

Who I Work With

I work with adults (18+) who are often thoughtful, capable, and outwardly high-functioning, yet internally unsettled.

Many of my clients experience anxiety, chronic stress, repeating relationship patterns, or persistent self-doubt. Others are navigating demanding professional lives, questions of identity or sexuality, or significant life transitions.

Many people I work with are used to coping. Therapy often begins when coping is no longer enough.

Understanding The Patterns Beneath The Surface

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about understanding yourself more fully — and changing what no longer serves you.

Together, we explore how past experiences, emotional wounds, and unconscious patterns influence how you think, feel, and relate today.

As understanding deepens, new choices and possibilities can begin to emerge.

My Approach

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I aim to create a space where you can reflect openly, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

I work integratively, meaning I tailor the work to you rather than fitting you into a single model.

I draw on psychodynamic and relational therapy, person-centred and trauma-informed approaches, existential thinking, and coaching where appropriate.

Practice description

I’m a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, BACP-registered counsellor, and executive coach with the Association for Coaching.

I offer a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where complex emotional and relational experiences can be explored with honesty, depth, and care. Above all, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, human, and grounded in trust.

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working as a television executive and producer in high-pressure corporate and freelance environments across. This experience gave me a strong understanding of ambition, performance, identity, stress, and the emotional impact of sustained pressure, both professionally and personally.

Qualifications:

MSc (Distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University

Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute

Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling – Metanoia Institute

My first session

The first session is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll explore what’s happening in your life now, how you’re feeling, and what feels most important to address.

I’ll ask you to share a little about your background, including significant relationships and life events, experiences of loss or illness, and how you tend to cope.

Above all, this first session is about creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. There is no obligation to continue unless it feels right for you.
