My approach is deeply personal and integrative, weaving together mind, body, and spirit so you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, silenced, or forgotten.

💛 My work is grounded in warmth, intuition, and a belief in your capacity to grow. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing our sessions to unfold naturally and in a way that feels authentic to you. Some days you may need to talk things through; other days you may need stillness, grounding, or a deeper exploration of what your body or spirit is holding. Whatever you bring, it is welcome. This is your space — a place where you can breathe, soften, and be fully yourself.

🌸 Many people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are becoming. Together, we gently untangle what’s weighing on you and create room for new possibilities. My first session

🌿 Your First Session With Me

Your first session is a gentle beginning — a space where you can arrive exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story or to know where to start. We move at your pace.

During this initial meeting, we explore what has brought you to counselling and what you’re hoping for from our work together. You’re invited to share whatever feels comfortable, and you’re equally welcome to take your time. Many people use this session to get a sense of how it feels to talk with me, and whether the space feels safe, respectful, and supportive.

I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and check in with you about what you need in order to feel grounded and understood. 

You remain in charge of the pace, the depth, and the direction of our conversations.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what ongoing counselling with me might look like, and you can decide whether you’d like to continue. There is no obligation — just an open, compassionate space to explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.
