Availability
I currently see clients Monday to Friday, between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, offering online and telephone sessions. These hours are designed to suit most working schedules while keeping my practice focused and consistent.
If you’re considering starting therapy, it’s best to get in touch early to discuss availability and secure a regular time. Planned breaks are communicated in advance so sessions remain steady and predictable.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a free 20-minute informal chat to assess whether my approach aligns with what you need and to decide on the most effective way forward.
I work integratively, drawing from several therapeutic models to adapt to each client’s circumstances. Meaningful change happens through a steady, collaborative process — one that allows space to explore and reflect while keeping focus on progress. You don’t need to have everything figured out; what matters is a willingness to engage. I bring the tools and structure — the work itself happens through what you choose to do with them.
Sessions take place in a calm, focused environment that supports openness without pressure or pretense.
Practice description
I work with young adults, adults, and older adults in one-to-one sessions, offered online or by telephone (face to face availability to be added soon).
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, though arrangements can be adjusted when clinically appropriate.
The work is steady and focused, centred on what feels most relevant to you at a given time. I maintain professional boundaries and consistency while keeping enough flexibility to meet the real demands of life.
I hold a current enhanced DBS check and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework.
My first session
The first session begins with a brief assessment and an overview of how the process works. We’ll clarify practical details, boundaries, and ethical considerations, ensuring the work is safe and transparent from the start.
Once the structure is clear, the focus shifts to understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to gain from it. Some clients arrive with clear goals, others with a sense that something needs to change but not yet knowing what — both are valid starting points. The pace is steady and contained, allowing you to engage without pressure while I guide the process responsibly.

I offer a free 20-minute informal chat to clarify whether my approach aligns with your needs and to determine the most effective way forward. I work integratively, drawing on multiple therapeutic models to tailor sessions to each client’s circumstances.
Change happens through a steady, structured, and collaborative process — one that allows space for reflection, exploration, and insight while keeping focus on practical progress. You don’t need to have it all figured out; I bring the tools and guidance, and you decide how to use them.
I provide a safe, inclusive, discreet, and non-judgemental space, particularly for LGBTQ+ clients navigating identity, relationships, minority stress, or other life challenges. Sessions are grounded, calm, and goal-oriented, balancing thoughtful exploration with practical strategies to help you make meaningful, lasting change.
