Availability

I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different needs, with sessions available on weekdays and some evenings. Typically, I work Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm, but I can adjust hours to fit your situation where possible.

I currently have availability for new clients and offer online or telephone sessions to provide maximum convenience and accessibility, regardless of location.

Please note that I do take occasional planned breaks or time off, which will be communicated in advance to existing clients. If you’re interested in starting therapy, it’s best to get in touch early to secure a suitable appointment time.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly and feel heard — without judgement or pressure. Life can be overwhelming at times, and therapy gives you the chance to slow down, make sense of things, and explore whatever feels difficult, confusing, or stuck.

I'm an integrative therapist, which means I draw from different approaches depending on what suits you best. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, stress, or simply feeling lost or unfulfilled, I’ll work with you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface — and help you move toward more clarity and ease.

I believe meaningful change can happen through a steady, collaborative interaction — one where you feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and be curious about your experience. You don’t have to have it all figured out — we can start from where you are.

I work with adults (18+) in one-to-one sessions, online or in person. I also offer a free 20-minute intro chat, so you can get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.

Practice description

I work with adults (18+) in one-to-one therapy sessions, which are available online or by telephone. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly, although this can be adapted depending on your needs.

My aim is to offer a steady, respectful space where you can bring whatever’s on your mind — whether that’s specific difficulties or a general sense that things aren’t quite right. Sessions are paced according to you, and there’s no expectation to talk about anything before you feel ready.

As an integrative counsellor, I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I’ll work with you to understand what’s happening at your pace, using tools from different therapeutic models to support your process — whether that’s exploring patterns, making sense of emotional responses, or finding ways to navigate day-to-day struggles.

I hold a valid, up-to-date enhanced DBS check and follow the BACP Ethical Framework. I also offer a free 20-minute consultation, so you can decide if you'd like to work together before committing to sessions.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation by phone or online. This gives you a chance to ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if it feels like the right fit before committing to therapy.

If you choose to go ahead, the first full session will be similar in tone and structure to ongoing sessions — a safe, respectful space where you can speak freely and we begin to build a shared understanding of what brings you to therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance, and there’s no pressure to go into detail before you’re ready.

Some clients come with specific goals or themes they want to explore, while others aren’t quite sure — both are equally welcome. The first session is also a chance for me to get a sense of how I might best support you, and to check if the way I work feels appropriate for your needs.

The full fee applies from the first session onward. Sessions are 50 minutes, and I currently offer therapy online or by telephone.
