About me and my therapy practice

Hi.

I’m an integrative humanistic therapist with a background in the creative arts and electronic music.

People often come to therapy when they’re carrying a lot internally while trying to keep things going day to day. I support individuals with a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, low mood, feeling stuck, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.

I offer a calm, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what’s happening in your life, whether that relates to the past, the present, or worries about the future. Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand your behaviour patterns, and reconnect with what you need, with more clarity, confidence and balance.

Alongside talking therapy, I can offer creative ways of working where it feels helpful. This might involve drawing or using simple objects such as stones to support expression and insight, particularly when words don’t come easily.

I also value the connection between mind and body, and offer gentle somatic work where appropriate, helping you tune into the body to bring awareness to what you’re holding emotionally and physically.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, shame, relationship struggles, life changes, identity questions, workplace stress, and family dynamics.

I’m committed to anti-oppressive practice and offer a fully inclusive space where all people are welcome.

Issues I specialise in:

Anxiety and overthinking

Low mood and motivation

Shame and self-esteem

Identity and belonging

Relationships and boundaries

Stress, burnout, and workplace pressure

Life changes and feeling stuck

Practice description

I work online and in-person from private therapy rooms in E9, Hackney Wick or near Liverpool Street station.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute consultation where you can share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you might have. It’s an opportunity for us to get a sense of one another and see whether working together feels right. This is an informal introduction rather than a counselling session.

After that my sessions are priced at £80. I work in person and online, whichever suits your needs.
