I offer both short-term and long-term therapy for individuals and couples, tailored to your specific needs.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space for individuals and couples to explore a range of relational and sexual concerns. I work exclusively online, providing flexible, accessible therapy to meet the diverse needs and schedules of my clients.

My therapeutic style is warm, relational and reflective. I draw on a range of therapeutic models—including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—to support you in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to your unique experiences. I offer a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, with a deep respect for each client’s story, background, and identity.

Whether you are navigating challenges such as infidelity, communication difficulties, grief, depression, or sexual anxieties, my aim is to meet you where you are. I work with clients from all backgrounds and have a particular passion for supporting individuals and couples from LGBTQ+ and GSRD (Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diverse) communities. My practice is informed by cultural humility, and I seek to honour and empower every aspect of who you are.

Practice description

You may be seeking therapy due to relationship issues, struggles with intimacy, cultural or identity concerns, anxiety, or feelings of disconnection. Perhaps you're dealing with the aftermath of infidelity, differences in desire, communication breakdowns, or the weight of grief or depression. Therapy offers a space to reflect, process, and make meaningful changes in your emotional, relational, and sexual well-being.

Therapy is a collaborative process and a courageous step toward healing and self-understanding. My approach is to work alongside you to uncover patterns, process emotions, and build insight into yourself and your relationships, always at a pace that feels right for you.

My first session

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and so I offer an initial consultation where we can explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.

If we choose to proceed, we can discuss whether short-term or long-term therapy feels appropriate. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually held weekly, and always conducted online to offer convenience and consistency in your care.

Availability

I offer supervision Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 9:00pm. I am very flexible with availability and can accommodate daytime or evening sessions with advance notice.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor and a qualified supervisor offering clinical supervision to counsellors and trainees. My supervisory practice is grounded in person-centred values and informed by an integrative approach. I view supervision as a collaborative and reflective process that supports both client work and the supervisee’s ongoing professional development.

I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental supervisory space where supervisees can explore their work openly. I support supervisees in reflecting on their client sessions in depth, developing clarity in their therapeutic thinking, and strengthening their confidence and skills as practitioners. I am particularly attentive to how the therapeutic relationship, ethical considerations, and the supervisee’s personal values and experiences may influence the work.

My integrative approach allows supervision to be tailored to the individual needs of each supervisee. I support discussion of theory alongside practice, while encouraging reflection on boundaries, ethical decision-making, and professional responsibilities. I also recognise that supervision can sometimes feel challenging or uncomfortable, particularly when exploring new skills or unfamiliar areas of work, and I aim to hold these moments with sensitivity and curiosity.

I value supervision as a dialogical process that encourages openness, learning, and self-awareness. I aim to support supervisees to work ethically, confidently, and thoughtfully with their clients, while continuing to develop their professional identity and resilience as counsellors.

Practice description

In my supervisory practice, supervisees can expect a supportive, reflective, and collaborative working relationship. My approach is grounded in person-centred values and informed by an integrative perspective, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I aim to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where supervisees feel able to bring their client work openly, including areas of uncertainty, challenge, or discomfort.

Supervision with me focuses on developing clarity, confidence, and ethical awareness in practice. I support supervisees in exploring client material in depth, reflecting on the therapeutic process, and considering how theory informs their work. Attention is given to boundaries, ethical decision-making, and professional responsibilities, as well as to how the supervisee’s personal values, identity, and experiences may influence their clinical work.

I recognise that supervision can at times feel challenging, particularly when exploring new skills, unfamiliar language, or complex client issues. I work sensitively with these moments, encouraging curiosity and reflection rather than judgement. My aim is to support supervisees to develop confidence in their therapeutic language and interventions, while remaining attuned to each client’s needs.

Supervision is viewed as a dialogical process that supports learning, self-awareness, and professional growth. I encourage openness, reflective practice, and ongoing development, with the intention that supervision supports both the supervisee’s wellbeing and the quality of care they offer to their clients.

My first session

My initial supervision session is offered as a shorter, introductory meeting and is charged at a reduced rate. This first session usually lasts around 30 minutes and is intended as an opportunity for us both to assess whether we feel able to work together. I view this as an important part of establishing a safe, effective, and ethical supervisory relationship.

During this session, supervisees are invited to share a little about their practice, experience, and what they are looking for from supervision. I will also outline my supervisory approach, values, and how I work, so that expectations are clear from the outset. This meeting allows space to explore whether our ways of working feel compatible and whether supervision with me would meet the supervisee’s needs.

If we decide to proceed, we can begin to discuss the supervision contract. This may include practical arrangements such as frequency, fees, and boundaries, as well as expectations around confidentiality, ethical responsibilities, and how supervision will be used to support both client work and professional development. I see contracting as a collaborative process and welcome discussion and negotiation so that the supervisee feels informed and supported.

My aim is for the initial session to feel open, respectful, and non-pressured, allowing supervisees to make a considered decision about entering into supervision. Establishing clarity and mutual understanding at this stage helps to create a strong foundation for ongoing supervisory work
