About me and my therapy practice
You don’t have to explain yourself here.
I offer therapy that welcomes all of you—especially the parts that feel messy, complicated, or misunderstood.
I work with adults of all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds. Many of my clients identify as LGBTQIA+ or are exploring their identity, relationships, or neurodivergence. Others are facing burnout, anxiety, shame, or the long shadow of past experiences.
My approach is warm, affirming, and trauma-informed. We work collaboratively, at your pace, to explore what’s happening in your life and what you need now. You don’t need to have the “right” words—we’ll figure it out together.
I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and body-aware approaches, grounded in current trauma research. That might mean noticing how past experiences still shape your relationships, or finding new ways to connect with yourself and others.
There’s no pressure to perform or fix yourself. You’re not broken. You’re human—and deserving of support that meets you with care and respect.
Practice description
Therapy that makes space for all of you.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Maybe you’re questioning your identity, navigating relationships, or carrying the weight of things you’ve never had space to unpack.
Therapy can offer a calm, supportive space to breathe, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.
I have a specialist interest in working with LGBTQ+ clients but welcome people from all backgrounds. My practice is inclusive and anti-oppressive, and I’m experienced in supporting those exploring:
- Gender and sexual identity
- Burnout, anxiety and emotional overwhelm
- Relationship or family struggles
- Shame, self-criticism or feeling “not enough”
- Trauma or difficult early experiences
- Grief, life transitions and identity shifts
Sessions are available online, or in-person in Hitchin (Hertfordshire) and King’s Cross (London).
I also run LGBTQ+ therapy groups—a chance to reflect, share, and connect with others in a supportive space.
My first session
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You can share a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and see how it feels to work together. I’ll also ask some gentle questions to understand your story and what support might look like.
You don’t need to prepare anything—we go at your pace.
- Free 20-minute discovery call available (phone or video) to see if we’re a good fit.
- Initial session: £80 (same rate as ongoing sessions)
- We’ll agree together if it feels right to continue, and if so, arrange a regular time to meet.

About me and my therapy practice
You’re not too much. You’re not broken. You’re not alone.
Anxiety can be overwhelming—racing thoughts, constant worry, feeling stuck or on edge. Whether it’s been quietly building or feels all-consuming, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to feel more grounded.
I specialise in working with anxiety, supporting adults who feel burned out, overwhelmed or caught in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-doubt. I also have a strong focus on LGBTQ+ mental health, offering affirming support around identity, relationships, and the lasting impact of marginalisation or trauma.
You don’t need to have all the answers to begin—just a sense that something’s not working, or a wish for things to feel different.
Practice description
I support clients who are:
- Living with anxiety, panic or chronic stress
- Feeling stuck in patterns of worry, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm
- Exploring gender, sexuality, or identity
- Navigating relationships, boundaries, or family issues
- Processing past trauma, shame, or emotional neglect
- Living with neurodivergence (e.g. autism, ADHD) and seeking a space to unmask
What to expect
My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed. We'll work at your pace, exploring what feels most helpful and meaningful to you—whether that's understanding where anxiety comes from, finding tools to manage it, or making space for parts of yourself that have been hidden or pushed aside.
Also available: LGBTQ+ therapy groups for connection, reflection and support in community.
