About me and my therapy practice
I work in an integrative and relational way, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches in a coherent and responsive manner, depending on your needs.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe that meaningful change often begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and respected. I aim to offer a warm, empathic, and thoughtful presence, while also paying attention to what may be happening beneath the surface.
In our work together, I may:
Listen carefully to your experiences in your own words
Reflect on both what you bring into the space and how I experience you, in a considered and contained way
Offer a steady, supportive presence when emotions feel overwhelming
Gently explore patterns in your relationships where this feels helpful
Draw on practical tools, including CBT techniques, when appropriate
Remain flexible and responsive, guided by what feels most important in each session
My aim is to create a space where you can feel safe to explore, make sense of your experiences, and move towards change in a way that feels right for you.
Practice description
I am an integrative, relational therapist whose work is grounded in humanistic psychology, object relations theory, and attachment-based thinking. My starting point is always the person: I hold a strong belief in each individual’s capacity for growth, healing, and deeper self-understanding. Alongside this, I draw on psychodynamic ideas to explore how early relationships and unconscious patterns can shape present experiences, emotions, and ways of relating.
My background in Psychology, alongside Computer Science, reflects something central to how I think and work. I am drawn both to the emotional, relational, and often complex realities of human life, and to thoughtful, structured ways of making sense of experience and supporting meaningful change.
I have completed extensive clinical training, including the CPPD Integrative Counselling course, and have undertaken hundreds of hours of client work. I am a registered member of the BACP and work in accordance with its ethical framework. My experience includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, bereavement, and working with neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD.
I offer therapy online, providing a flexible and accessible space for you to explore whatever feels important at your own pace.
My first session
