Availability

I currently have flexible availability for new clients and offer both online and in‑person sessions. This allows you to choose the format that feels most comfortable and accessible for your needs.

If my diary is full when you get in touch, I can offer a place on my waiting list and will give you an honest estimate of waiting times so you can decide what feels right for you.

I take planned breaks throughout the year to ensure I can work in a grounded and sustainable way. You will always receive advance notice of any upcoming time off, and we can plan around this together so your therapeutic process remains steady and supported.

If you have particular scheduling needs or prefer a consistent weekly slot, please mention this when you contact me and I will accommodate this where possible.

If you’re unsure whether therapy with me is the right fit, you’re welcome to reach out for an initial conversation. I offer a free 15-30 minute zoom/telephone call. You deserve a space where you feel supported, respected, and able to grow and I’m here to help you find it or recommend someone who can.

About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? Many people come to therapy carrying more than they let others see ; trying to cope, trying to stay strong, or trying to make sense of experiences that feel confusing, painful, or exhausting. If this resonates, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

I offer a calm, grounded space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s happening for you at a pace that feels safe. My practice is inclusive, trauma‑sensitive, and affirming of neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, and diverse life experiences. My aim is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move towards greater clarity and emotional steadiness.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in coaching and leadership development. This background shapes my therapeutic style: collaborative, empowering, and focused on helping you reconnect with your own voice, values, and direction. For clients who want it, I can integrate coaching elements such as confidence‑building, practical strategies, and goal‑focused work.

I welcome clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Practice description

My approach is relational and integrative. I draw from person‑centred therapy, trauma‑informed practice, coaching psychology, and identity‑focused approaches. This means I adapt the work to you, not the other way around.

Some people need space to talk and be heard. Others want structure, tools, or gentle challenge. Many need a combination of both. I pay close attention to your pace, your patterns, and the strengths you may not yet recognise in yourself. Together, we make sense of what you’re experiencing and support you to move towards a more grounded, confident way of being.

I work collaboratively, with warmth, steadiness, and respect for your autonomy. Therapy with me is a space where you can explore your inner world without pressure or judgement.

I also work in a neurodiversity‑affirming way with autistic and ADHD clients, and I offer an LGBTQ+ allied space where all identities are respected and understood.

My first session

Your first session is a gentle starting point. It’s an opportunity for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. There is no pressure to share more than you want to. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and in control of your next steps.

Therapy works best when you feel safe and understood, so the first session is about creating that foundation.

We will also talk through practical details such as confidentiality, boundaries, and how sessions will work, so you feel clear and informed.

Most importantly, the first session is a chance for you to get a sense of whether I am the right therapist for you. You are welcome to ask any questions, and there is no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel like the right fit.
