About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychotherapeutic integrative counsellor, trained in psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT approaches. My focus is on creating a safe therapeutic relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your pace.

Practice description

I offer individual, face to face sessions, on a weekly/fortnightly basis.

My first session

I offer an initial 45min session, free of charge, to establish whether the sessions feel right for you.
