Availability
I currently have spaces available for both face-to-face and online sessions. My usual working hours are:
Wednesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
I understand that life can be busy and sometimes unpredictable, so I try to offer flexible appointment times, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends where possible.
If I am taking time off for holidays, training, or personal development, I will update my availability in advance. During these times, I will respond to messages as soon as I am able.
My aim is to provide a safe, understanding, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. If you’d like to check availability or arrange a session, please feel free to reach out via the BACP messaging system or my practice email—I’m happy to work with you to find a time that suits you.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person-centered therapist with experience supporting children, young people, and adults in both face-to-face and online settings. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and understanding, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
I believe that each person has the resources within themselves to grow and find their own solutions. My role is to provide support, reflection, and a non-judgmental presence, helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I tailor sessions to your individual needs, whether you are seeking support for anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, or other personal challenges.
Through active listening, reflection, and encouragement, I aim to help you gain insight, build confidence, and discover strategies that feel authentic to you. I am committed to providing a supportive and confidential space, whether you are new to therapy or have previous experience.
Sessions are offered both in-person and online to make therapy accessible and convenient. I work with clients at their own pace, respecting the journey you wish to take. If you would like to find out more or arrange a first session, please feel free to get in touch—I am here to support you in a way that feels right for you.
Practice description
My practice is a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I work in a person-centered way, meaning I focus on understanding you as an individual and supporting you to find your own solutions and insights.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and pace. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, or other challenges, my approach emphasizes empathy, active listening, and reflection. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
I offer both in-person and online sessions, providing flexibility for those with busy schedules or limited mobility. My practice values accessibility, respect, and understanding, ensuring that all clients feel comfortable and safe.
When you come to sessions, you can expect a supportive environment where your experiences are acknowledged, your feelings validated, and your personal growth encouraged. I work collaboratively with you, helping you to explore possibilities, make sense of your experiences, and build confidence in your own strengths.
If you are looking for a therapist who will listen deeply, respect your individuality, and provide a warm and supportive space, my practice is here to accompany you on your journey toward greater well-being.
My first session
I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute introductory call to get to know one another. This is a relaxed, pressure-free opportunity for you to explore how I may be able to support you, based on your unique situation. There’s no commitment—just a chance to ask questions, discuss your needs, and see if my approach feels right for you.
Your first full session is an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask you to complete a brief assessment or intake form to better understand your history, current circumstances, and any relevant factors. This information is confidential and helps me tailor sessions to your individual needs.
The first full session is the same length as a regular session and is charged at the standard rate. It is a safe, supportive space for you to share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, and for us to collaboratively decide how best to work together.
My aim is to create a warm, understanding, and non-judgmental environment from the very start, so you feel comfortable and empowered in your therapeutic journey.
