About me and my therapy practice
I’m a warm, inclusive therapist offering grounded, relational counselling online across the UK. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected — from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of direction.
I support people navigating anxiety, self-worth issues, life transitions, and emotional patterns rooted in past experiences. I also work with identity, body image, neurodivergence, and the impact of early or relational trauma.
My style is collaborative, gentle and engaged. I take your story seriously and offer a space where you can feel seen, heard and accepted — just as you are. I don’t offer quick fixes, but I believe in the slow, steady power of relationship, curiosity and trust to support deep change.
Online therapy can be as powerful and personal as in-person work — and often offers greater flexibility. Wherever you are, you're welcome here.
Practice description
I offer one-to-one online counselling to adults throughout the UK. My approach is relational and integrative, meaning I adapt how I work depending on your needs and goals.
Working online allows us to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable — whether that’s your home, a private space, or somewhere that feels safe. Many people find online therapy surprisingly effective and intimate, offering the same emotional depth without the travel time.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to explore what’s difficult, unclear or painful. Together we can make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and gently work toward more clarity, connection and peace.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy — sometimes it’s just about finding your way back to yourself.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation online or by phone. It’s a space to ask questions, talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if working together feels right for you.
If you decide to continue, sessions are held via secure video call, last 60 minutes, and are £50. I also offer reduced rates for counselling students — please feel free to ask.
The first full session is an opportunity for you to share what feels important. There’s no pressure to explain everything at once — we move at your pace. I may ask a few guiding questions to help understand what you need, but the space is ultimately yours.
I aim to create a steady, grounded relationship — even across a screen — where real healing can begin.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m a warm, inclusive therapist working in Exmouth and online. I offer grounded, relational therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from themselves and others.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, low self-worth, difficult life transitions, or longstanding emotional patterns that no longer serve them. I also support those exploring identity, body image, neurodivergence or the impact of early relationships and trauma.
My style is engaged and collaborative — I work with compassion and presence, offering a space where you can feel safe enough to bring your full self. I don’t offer quick fixes, but I do believe in the power of connection, curiosity and gentle exploration to create lasting change.
I have personal and professional experience of the transformation that therapy can bring, and I welcome you as you are — with whatever you’re carrying. Whoever you are, you’re welcome here.
Practice description
I offer one-to-one counselling to adults from all walks of life. My practice is rooted in a relational and integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic theories depending on what suits you best. I tailor the work to your unique experience, always moving at your pace.
Sessions can be short- or long-term, and I offer a safe, steady and confidential space for reflection and emotional growth. Whether you're in crisis, feeling stuck, or simply curious about therapy, we can explore together what’s going on for you — and what might need attention, space or healing.
My clients often speak about feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or as if they’ve been “coping for too long.” Sometimes it’s grief or trauma that brings someone to therapy, and sometimes it’s something more subtle — a quiet sense that things aren’t quite right.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you — it’s about understanding you. Together we build the kind of connection where change becomes possible.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation, either online or by phone. This is a chance for us to connect informally, and for you to ask any questions about therapy or how I work.
If you decide to go ahead, ongoing sessions last for 60 minutes and cost £50. I also offer reduced rates for counselling students — please feel free to ask about this.
The first full session is a space for you to share whatever feels important. There’s no pressure to explain everything at once — we go at your pace. I may ask a few questions to help get a fuller sense of what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you'd like to explore.
Most importantly, I aim to create a space that feels safe, kind and open — somewhere you can begin to feel seen and heard, without judgement.

Practice description
I offer one-to-one counselling to adults from all walks of life. My practice is based in central Exeter, and I also work online. I take an integrative and relational approach, adapting how I work to suit your needs, pace and goals.
Sessions provide a confidential, supportive space where we can explore what’s been difficult, what’s felt out of reach, or what might be asking for your attention now.
Some clients come in crisis or carrying grief or trauma. Others come with a quieter sense that something isn’t quite right. Therapy can be a powerful place to untangle those threads, reconnect with yourself, and find new ways forward.
I believe real change begins when we feel met in our truth — not fixed, but understood.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation via phone or online, with no pressure to commit. It’s a chance to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if we feel like a good fit.
Ongoing sessions are 60 minutes and cost £50. I offer a reduced rate for counselling students — feel free to ask.
In our first full session, I’ll invite you to share what feels important, and we’ll go at your pace. I may ask gentle questions to get a fuller picture of what’s going on for you, but there’s no pressure to “perform” or explain everything all at once.
The first session is about connection and safety — we begin where you are, and build from there.
