About me and my therapy practice
I believe in the power of a warm, safe, and relational space to explore your life’s journey. My practice is dedicated to helping you navigate the many challenges life is bringing up in your current experience. I have worked with anxiety, loss of meaning, grief, low self-esteem, and depression
Some of the challenges I am here to support with are surrounding relationships, discrimination, cultural differences, neurodivergence, and identity
My approach is collaborative and deeply respectful of your lived experience, offering a compassionate, secure space for you to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can foster healing and find renewed meaning
