About me and my therapy practice

Hi there, I’m Grace. I'm a qualified, BACP-registered Psychotherapist offering counselling online for people all over the UK.

I work with adults, young people (14+) and couples from diverse backgrounds, supporting them on their healing journey in a safe, compassionate and judgement-free space.

I am trained as a counsellor with a BA in Integrative-Relational Counselling. My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic models, tailored to meet your unique needs. I work holistically, considering your mind, body, culture, race, spirituality, neurotype, age, gender identity, sexuality and ability - whatever feels most relevant to you. I am encouraging, but will challenge gently too. I won’t offer advice, but I will offer thoughts, reflections and questions to get you thinking, not only in the session but between them as well. Additionally, I often work creatively in sessions, using tools like music, art, nesting dolls, postcards, sandboxes and toys.

My experience includes areas such as:

  • Relationship or family issues - individuals and couples
  • Anxiety, depression, stress & burnout
  • Bereavement, grief & loss
  • Abuse & trauma recovery
  • Cultural & racial identity exploration (including racism and discrimination)
  • LGBTQIA+ issues & gender identity support
  • Neurodivergence (specialising in ADHD)
  • Anger & emotional regulation
  • Workplace stress
  • Low self-esteem & loneliness
  • Health anxiety & concerns

I proudly offer a queer-friendly, trans-inclusive practice for both individuals and couples, creating a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have a passion for working with the Neurodivergent community, in particular supporting ADHD clients, at whatever stage they’re at in their journey of discovery.
