About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and address the challenges they face.
I work primarily with clients aged 7 and older, offering a holistic and integrative approach that combines various therapeutic modalities to best meet each individual’s needs.
My areas of expertise include working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, school issues family issues, neurodivergence, and gender identity issues. I am dedicated to supporting clients in navigating their unique challenges, empowering them to gain greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.
By offering a compassionate and inclusive approach, I aim to create a space where all individuals feel understood, respected, and supported in their personal growth.
Practice description
I offer in person sessions in a private room with locations in St Albans and Dunstable. I also offer in person sessions via 'walk and talk' where we can agree a convenient and private location for us to do a walking session outside. Alternatively, I offer online video sessions.
