Availability
My working hours are Monday-Thursday, with some evening availability. I aim to offer flexible solutions so that therapy can fit comfortably around and within your life.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on with someone who genuinely listens and understands. I believe in meeting people with warmth, honesty, and compassion. I work to create a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences, both past and present.
I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for or accept support, and I aim to meet all my clients with respect, empathy, and genuine care from the very first conversation.
My work is grounded in the belief that each person is unique, and that meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re struggling with stress, low mood, anxiety, life transition challenges, relationship challenges, loss, or simply feeling stuck, I work at your pace helping you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your inner resources.
Your reasons for seeking therapy are as individual as you are. I support clients with a wide range of emotional and personal challenges, some of which are listed below; however, you may find that your own experiences don't fit neatly into this list - and that's okay.
Trauma
Anxiety, Depression & Low Mood
Grief & Loss
Self-Harm

Low Self Esteem & Confidence
Menopause
Relationship Difficulties

Practice description
I provide both short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy, depending on an individual’s needs. Together, we create a space where clarity can flourish, confidence can grow, and you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I offer flexible daytime and evening appointments, with sessions available in person in the Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead, and Cookham areas, as well as limited online availability.
Equality, diversity, and inclusivity are central to my practice. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and sexualities, and I am committed to providing a respectful and affirming therapeutic space.
As a Humanistic counsellor trained at the Metanoia Institute, I bring warmth, compassion, and professionalism to every session. My integrative style drawing from Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis allows me to tailor the work to each client’s unique needs and pace. This isn’t one-size-fits-all therapy; it’s a collaborative process that meets you where you are.
