I offer a confidential, warm and supportive, open space for my clients in Wimbledon, Kingston, Surrey (in-person or online). Please visit my website for further information.

I have trained and qualified as an integrative trauma-informed practitioner and thereby make use of various modalities and approaches, depending on what is most helpful to you. I work with adults (18-years +) and provide in-person, online or telephone sessions.

Practice description

I have worked with clients across many of life's challenges and with my own life experience, specialise in anxiety, ADHD and similar symptoms, low self-esteem, menopause, divorce, trauma (including PTSD and Complex PTSD).

During our introductory call, we will discuss ways of working together, number of sessions needed, working in-person or online, fees etc. At the heart of my practice is a belief in the value of each individual. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can explore, reflect, and move towards self-growth and improved wellbeing.

My first session

I provide an initial telephone call (no fee) to discuss ways of working together. Our first counselling session is an opportunity for me to understand what you need, to discuss short-term vs longer-term or open-ended sessions, along with your preferred therapeutic outcomes or goals.
