About me and my therapy practice

I offer a confidential, warm and supportive, open space for my clients in Wimbledon, Kingston, Surrey (in-person or online). Please visit my website for further information.

I have trained and qualified as a trauma-informed Humanistic practitioner, thereby integrating Transactional Analysis and Gestalt therapy, grounded within Person-centred approach. I work with adults (18-years +) and provide in-person, online or telephone sessions.

Practice description

I have worked with clients across many of life's challenges and experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. I also support clients with PTSD, C-PTSD, self-harm, addiction, and other presenting issues.

Sessions are flexible and available in person or remotely, making support accessible to suit different needs. At the heart of my practice is a belief in the value of each individual. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can explore, reflect, and move toward self-growth and improved wellbeing.
