Whatever brings you to counselling, feeling safe in a warm and accepting environment is the key for therapeutic work.
I am qualified as a relational practitioner and thereby invite clients to discuss and explore their current issues in sessions together. I regularly review what is helpful for my clients and draw upon various approaches for support and psychoeducation.
I work with adults (18-years +) and provide in-person, online or telephone sessions.
Practice description
Working across a broad range of issues, I offer support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and past or present trauma.
Sessions are flexible and available in person or remotely, making support accessible to suit different needs.
Please see my website for further information including Resources, which I update regularly, as part of my ongoing CPD interests.
