Availability
I currently have availability in the evenings Monday to Friday and during the day Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am and I also offer Saturday mornings. However, when taking on clients I can adapt to fit in with their commitments or find a mutual time that works.
I offer walk and talk therapy at Bedgebury, Kent and in person at my office High Street, Hawkhurst, Kent.
I also offer telephone sessions and zoom sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
I am accredited with NCPS and registered MBACP. I have a counselling Diploma and an advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy to level 7.
I work with all Adults and offering short and long term therapy, my main training has been Transactional Analysis, however I am trained in Integrative Psychotherapy which means drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, Jung, IFS, Relational Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, Object relations and I can use this knowledge for a better understanding and way of working with you.
I am experienced in helping clients with depression, stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, & coping with loss. I also have experience working with Neurodiversity and LGBTQIA.

Using a client focused approach that emphasises, empathy, respect and collaboration as we explore and gain insight together so we can facilitate personal growth and self-awareness.
