Location & Availability

About me and my therapy practice

“A safe space to breathe, heal, and rediscover your inner calm.”

                                         Welcome!

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but it’s not an impossible task. The most important thing is to choose someone who truly understands you—someone you feel safe with and comfortable sharing even the most private parts of yourself. Trust your instincts; they’ll guide you toward the right fit.

I’m Annie, an Integrative Therapist and a proud member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My background includes working in rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals on their journey to recovery from drug and alcohol dependency. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of healing and self-love.

I’m passionate about helping people create pathways to resilience and well-being. My work focuses on guiding individuals toward a healthy, balanced life by fostering self-compassion and inner strength. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for growth and transformation.
