Availability
My working hours are Monday–Thursday, with sessions offered in the morning and early evening, along with a limited number of Saturday morning appointments on a fortnightly basis.
I work primarily during term time, which means there may be occasional breaks during school holidays. Wherever possible, I provide advance notice of any planned time off.
I aim to respond to new enquiries within 24–48 hours during the working week.
If my availability doesn’t suit your schedule, I’m happy to suggest alternative options where I can.
About me and my therapy practice
Much of my practice centres on grief, especially the kind that goes unacknowledged. There's a version of grief that people recognise: a death, a funeral, and a mourning process acknowledged by others. And there's another kind of grief. Sometimes it's an old wound: needs that went unmet in childhood. Sometimes it's recent: divorce, baby loss, illness, or job loss. These losses can be lonelier when they're invisible to everyone else.
I kept noticing how poorly most of us are held through grief that others can't see or don't know how to meet. Clients would arrive to work on anxiety, a stuck relationship, or a sense of being far from themselves, and underneath, there would be a loss that had never been explored. This pattern has shaped a lot of what I do.
My work is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. We pay close attention to what's happening in your body while you speak, because grief lives there as well as in the story. I work slowly, naming back what I'm hearing, so you can see it more clearly too.
I see grieving clients of all identities and family configurations. I'm particularly experienced with LGBTQIA+ clients, and with losses that aren't culturally recognised, including estrangement, ambiguous loss, and the losses you thought you'd already made peace with.
The particular shape and structure of our sessions will be guided by your level of need, with space for your grief to take up the room it actually occupies.
I see clients online via Zoom and can sometimes meet in person.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can change in ways that leave you feeling untethered from who you were. Grief, divorce, illness, role changes, or other unexpected transitions can quietly reshape your identity, your relationships, and your sense of direction. You may be functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, numb, or not quite like yourself underneath. You might wonder whether what you’re experiencing is grief, anxiety, burnout, or something else entirely.
I’m a relational and somatic therapist. That means we pay attention not only to your thoughts and story, but also to how change is living in your body. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, reduce self-blame, and build steadiness that fits your real life, especially on low-capacity days.
My approach is warm and thoughtful. I offer 1:1 therapy online or in person. If you’re navigating a season of change and looking for grounded, relational support, you're very welcome to reach out.
