About me and my therapy practice
My approach is flexible, collaborative and neurodivergent-affirming. I blend counselling and therapeutic coaching so sessions can adapt to what you need — sometimes reflective and spacious, sometimes practical and focused.
I work particularly with neurodivergent adults, including people who are ADHD, autistic, AuDHD or dyslexic, creating a supportive space where different ways of thinking and processing the world are understood and respected.
Sessions move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you — whether that’s making sense of your experiences, navigating change, or finding ways of living and working that better support how your mind works.
Practice description
At Choose Your Way, I offer compassionate and flexible therapy shaped around you — your needs, your pace and your way.
I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults, including people who are ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic or exploring their neurodivergence. I also support young adults and higher education students, as well as people navigating burnout, anxiety, identity exploration and life transitions.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, recognising that different ways of thinking and experiencing the world are valid and valuable. Therapy focuses on understanding how your mind works and developing strategies and perspectives that support you, rather than trying to make you fit a particular mould.
I offer therapy in Stratford-upon-Avon and Kenilworth in Warwickshire, with easy access for people travelling from Coventry, Warwick and surrounding areas. Sessions are also available online across the UK.
Support can take place in a therapy room, through walk-and-talk sessions outdoors, online, or occasionally through home visits where appropriate.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a diagnosis, exploring your identity, or simply looking for a space to think and talk freely, therapy offers time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
My first session
Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 30-minute introductory session. This gives you a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Many of the people who contact me are ADHD, autistic, AuDHD or otherwise neurodivergent, so this first conversation can also be a space to explore what kind of support might work best for you.
The introductory session can take place online, via text, or face-to-face, depending on your preference and what feels most comfortable.
There’s no pressure to continue — it’s simply an opportunity to connect and decide whether this feels like the right support for you.
