Availability

I currently have some availability for new clients. Sessions can be booked in person at Burslem Enterprise Centre (ST6), online, or by phone, whichever works best for you.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call which takes place online.

Once you feel ready to get in touch with me, I aim to respond to all enquiries within 1-2 working days.

About me and my therapy practice

You don't need to have the right words ready or know exactly what feels difficult right now. Some sessions we'll dig into something specific, the anxiety that won't switch off, the exhaustion of masking, burnout that rest alone doesn't seem to touch, the guilt of taking time for yourself or a relationship that feels complicated. Other times we'll just talk, and the useful stuff turns up anyway.

That's how sessions may feel with me. I'll be honest with you, I'll laugh with you when things are funny, and I won't pretend to have all the answers. What I will do is stay curious alongside you until things start to make a little more sense, including the parts of yourself you're not too sure about or know how to explain yet.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches rather than one fixed model.

Some examples of what to expect from me...

  • I adjust the pace, structure and environment around you
  • I love a good metaphor or analogy when useful
  • I sit in the messiness of it all with you
  • I check in to see how you're experiencing things in the moment
  • I will repeat things as many times as you need or rephrase
  • I offer creative ways to explore things
  • I notice patterns with curiosity, not certainty

My own experiences of anxiety, and being diagnosed with ADHD later in adulthood, are part of what drew me to this work. I understand how disorienting it can feel to try and make sense of yourself without the right information and how much it can help to finally have some.

Practice description

I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem and neurodivergence, including ADHD, Autism and AuDHD, although plenty of what brings people to me doesn't fit neatly into any of these boxes, and that's fine too! You don't need any diagnosis or label for us to work together.

You might also relate to...

  • A life change or transition that's left everything feeling unsteady
  • A voice telling you you're not good enough that just won't quieten down
  • Days where the world feels too loud, too bright, too much
  • Being so good at reading the room and adjusting yourself to fit in, that you've lost touch with what you actually want or need

I offer neuro-affirming support, recognising ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, dyslexia and other neurodivergent traits more broadly, not as things to fix, but as how your brain naturally works.

I really encourage you to make yourself comfortable in session, however that may look, take your shoes off, use a fidget tool, or grab a blanket if you like. There's no pressure to make eye contact or fill every silence and if you think or process things better while doodling or fidgeting, that's also welcome here too.
