About me and my therapy practice

I offer safe and confidential professional counselling to support you with your life's challenges and help you make sense of the things you may be feeling lost with - the things that matter to you.

In your sessions we will work at a pace that is determined by you to help you begin to feel more in control of and comfortable about whatever is challenging you - whether that is something that happened, is happening, or is something that you are anxious about that might happen.

I have been working as a humanistic integrative counsellor / psychotherapist since 2005. In addition to my formal qualifications I have attended many professional certificated training courses over the years, and have previously worked for the RNIB, Macmillan, Relate, and two Dorset based charities.

I am a sensitive and compassionate person, and I am passionate about and committed to enabling people achieve their best through developing a more positive relationship with themselves and other people in their lives.

All enquiries will be treated in strict confidence.

I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

Practice description

I offer long and short term work, and use a solution focussed, coaching style incorporating mindfulness techniques, CBT, creativity, and the natural environment, as well as traditional talking therapy.

I work face to face in person, or securely online in both private practice and the public sector.
