About me and my therapy practice

When you feel your mood or your relationships are under pressure, your sleep can be affected or your self worth may be low. Have you been coping with life on your own, just making the best of things or thinking you shouldn't complain? Do you have a loved one that you are concerned about? Sharing your worries is the first step towards regaining balance in your life.

I am an integrative counsellor working in my garden room between Cambridge and Haverhill. I also see clients online and can offer walk and talk therapy in Wandlebury Country Park. Many of my clients describe feeling anxious, low or lost. Difficult life experiences, abusive relationships, neurodivergence or loss are some of the reasons people come to therapy. These experiences can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself or others, struggling to make sense of how things have become so difficult. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted from coping alone, or unsure why life feels harder than it once did. These are experiences I regularly work with in my practice and you do not need to arrive with everything figured out before asking for support.

As an integrative counsellor, I work with you as an individual, recognising that no two people experience life in the same way. Together we can create a safe and supportive space to understand what is happening for you, helping you develop greater self-awareness and find a way forward that feels meaningful and manageable.

Practice description

I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever is happening in your life. As an integrative counsellor, I adapt my approach to you as an individual and welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, sexualities, genders, relationship styles and neurotypes. I welcome LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients and aim to create a space where you feel accepted, respected and understood. Please feel free to contact me for an informal chat to discuss whether I may be the right fit for you.
