My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is rooted in the person-centred tradition. This means I believe you possess the innate ability and inner resources to solve your own challenges and achieve lasting personal growth.
It is my role to work with you to create the right environment for you to work through the issues you are facing.
Working with through an easy to use online videocall system, I offer a warm, safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you are fully accepted and empowered as the expert on your own life.
Working online also means that you can access counselling at a time and place which is convenient for you.

Anxiety
Anxiety can show up in many ways. Constant worry, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, or a sense that something isn’t quite right. You may be managing responsibilities while feeling increasingly overwhelmed or on edge.
Online counselling for anxiety with me will help you understand the patterns that keep anxiety going and give you practical tools to reduce worry, manage physical symptoms and regain a sense of control. We will take things steady and go at a pace you feel comfortable with.
Depression & low mood
Depression and low mood can make everyday life feel heavier than it should. You may be finding it harder to stay motivated, feeling disconnected from others, or noticing that things you used to enjoy no longer feel the same. For some people, these feelings come on gradually and for others they arrive suddenly and soon feel overwhelming.
Online counselling for depression with me offers a calm, steady space to talk through what you’re experiencing without pressure, judgement, or the need to explain everything perfectly.
Stress, work related stress, or burnout
Stress can build gradually or arrive suddenly. You may be juggling responsibilities, managing others, or dealing with constant demands. Over time, this pressure can become difficult to carry, affecting your mood, energy, sleep, and ability to switch off. For some people, stress becomes chronic. For others, it develops into burnout which is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion.
For people in managerial, leadership or executive roles, the pressure can feel even more intense. Maybe you are carrying the weight of looking after clients or a team that are relying on you. You might not have any trusted peers, colleagues or managers with whom you feel you can share how you are feeling.

My first session
Successful therapy is built upon trusted relationships. That's why I offer a confidential and free initial assessment session where we can explore what you are looking for from therapy and how things might work.
You are in control - and can ask me whatever questions you need to help you decide whether I am the right therapist for you.
After that, in our first formal session we will discuss how we will approach crucial issues such as confidentiality, and finalise our approach to working together. This helps maintain momentum and build a consistent rhythm that supports meaningful change.
