Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, sleep difficulties, low confidence, or a sense of being stuck, we can work together to understand what’s happening and why.
You may be navigating a major life change, feeling disconnected from yourself, or struggling to manage emotions that once felt manageable. We will focus on reducing distress, building coping strategies, and restoring a sense of control.
The aim is to create enough breathing room for you to feel more like you, and Get Well.

Perhaps you have already had therapy and made some meaningful progress but want to maintain momentum and prevent old patterns from resurfacing.
You may have overcome anxiety, depression, burnout, or a difficult period in your life, and now you want to protect the gains you’ve made.
Together, we will look at what helps you thrive, what puts you at risk of slipping backwards, and how to build a lifestyle that supports emotional resilience, reinforces healthy habits, and gives you long‑term strategies to help you to Stay Well.
Be Well
Maybe you've never had therapy before but are looking for ways to build resilience and deepen self‑awareness in the face of life's challenges.
You might be seeking greater confidence, stronger boundaries, improved relationships, or a clearer sense of direction. You may simply want to understand yourself better.
We can explore, together, your strengths, values, and aspirations, creating space for personal development that feels empowering rather than reactive, so that you can grow and Be Well.
Stress at work
I have a special interest in supporting people experiencing stress at work.
Perhaps you are an executive, manager or leader who is feeling under intense pressure? Feeling the weight of looking after clients or a team that are relying on you, and you don’t have any trusted peers, colleagues or managers with whom you feel you can share how you are feeling?
Working together we can help you find a sense of coherence again.
My first session
Successful therapy is built upon trusted relationships. That's why I offer a FREE initial assessment session where we will meet online and discuss what you are looking for from therapy and how things might work. You can then choose whether or not you want to proceed to work with me.
Should you decide to proceed we would meet regularly on the same day and at the same time, ideally weekly but if not at least fortnightly. This helps maintain momentum and build a consistent rhythm that supports meaningful change.
In our first session we would discuss and agree how we will work together, discussing crucial issues such as confidentiality and how often and when we will meet.
