About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can speak freely, without pressure or judgement. Therapy with me is a conversation, not an assessment. You don’t need to come with the “right words” — we start from wherever you are.The aim isn’t to fix you — it’s to understand you more deeply, so you can move forward with more clarity and steadiness.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic therapist offering a warm, reflective, and confidential space for individuals seeking to explore emotional difficulties and life challenges. My approach is grounded in the belief that our early experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we can make sense of patterns that may feel stuck or confusing, and open space for new ways of being.
I work at your pace. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, or a general sense of being overwhelmed, disconnected or lost, Therapy can offer insight and understanding. You don’t need to have a clear reason to begin—sometimes giving voice to your thoughts is the first step.
I have experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, and I aim to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and responsive to your individual story.
