About me and my therapy practice

I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can speak freely, without pressure or judgement. Therapy with me is a conversation, not an assessment. You don’t need to come with the “right words” — we start from wherever you are.


I work relationally and at your pace. Together we explore the patterns, feelings and experiences that sit underneath what’s happening in your life. Sometimes this means talking about the present, sometimes the past, and often the way your relationships shape how you see yourself.


The aim isn’t to fix you — it’s to understand you more deeply, so you can move forward with more clarity and steadiness.

I believe therapy should feel human and real. I bring curiosity, honesty and warmth into the room, and I’m not interested in labels or quick solutions. Change happens when you feel safe enough to look at what’s difficult, and supported enough to stay with it.


You’re welcome whether you have a clear reason for coming or just a feeling that something isn’t sitting right. We figure it out together.

Practice description

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly at a regular time. I offer both in-person and online therapy, depending on what works best for you. Consistency is important in therapy, so we aim to create a reliable space that you can return to each week.
You don’t need to prepare anything before sessions. You can bring whatever feels present — thoughts, memories, feelings, or even the sense that you don’t know what to say. Silence is allowed here. We work with what emerges naturally rather than following a strict agenda.
Some people come with a clear focus, others with a general feeling of being stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. Therapy can support anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, identity questions, trauma, or simply a wish to understand yourself better.
Everything we talk about is confidential within professional ethical guidelines. My role is not to judge or direct your life, but to help you notice patterns, make meaning, and find more room to choose how you want to live.
Therapy is collaborative. We check in regularly about how the work feels and adjust when needed. There is no fixed timeline — it can be short-term or open-ended depending on your needs.

My first session

The first session is a gentle introduction. There’s no pressure to explain everything — we simply begin where you are.
We talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope for, and what feels important right now. It’s also a chance for you to get a sense of me and ask any questions. You don’t need to prepare anything.
There’s no commitment after the first meeting. The focus is on seeing whether the space feels safe and right for you.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help us both get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.This call is a space for you to ask any questions you may have and to share a little about what you're looking for.

If we continue, the first session—or more if needed—will be a full paid assessment session. This allows us to explore your priorities and assess whether my approach is a good therapeutic fit for you.
