About me and my therapy practice
My counselling approach is person-centred; I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever you wish to throughout your therapeutic journey. My belief is that you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to support you in exploring your deeper thoughts and feelings, in order to gain a greater understanding of your authentic self.
I have worked with clients from a range of backgrounds, with an interest in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am experienced in supporting individuals with:
