About me and my therapy practice
Hi I'm Jade, a qualified integrative counsellor/therapist based in East London and online. I have a deep interest in the mind-body connection and the ways our emotional experiences live not just in our thoughts, but throughout our whole being. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore whatever you may be carrying, emotionally, mentally, or physically.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship and family troubles, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, bereavement and the emotional impact of chronic illness.
My belief is that therapy isn’t about being ‘fixed’ but about developing deeper awareness, greater choice, and more connection, both with yourself and the world around you. My approach draws on a range of therapeutic methods, and each session is shaped around your unique needs. Its collaborative and grounded in curiosity, offering support as you explore your story in a way that feels safe and meaningful.
That might include using mindfulness to help you feel more grounded and present, looking at how early experiences may shape patterns in your life today, or focusing on a specific concern you want to understand more deeply. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional relief, or a deeper connection with yourself, our work together will be rooted in your pace, your goals, and your inner wisdom.
Having experienced the transformative impact of therapy in my own life, I bring not only professional expertise but also genuine empathy and respect to the therapeutic relationship. My approach is collaborative and attuned, built on the belief that each person carries their own wisdom, and that therapy can help uncover and strengthen it.

I strive to offer a space where you feel comfortable to talk freely and openly, without fear of judgment. My aim is to create a supportive environment where your experiences are met with empathy and respect.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. As an integrative counsellor I draw on a range of therapeutic models to ensure our sessions reflect your unique needs and goals.
Therapy is a space where it is ok to not have all the answers. Whether you are looking to better understand yourself, process difficult emotions or make changes in your life, we will go at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
My first session
I offer a free brief introductory call. This way after we have spoken you can go away and decide whether therapy with me is the right fit for you. Email me at jadecluleetherapy@outlook.com to arrange a time for your consultation.
If you decide you would like to move forwards, then following sessions will run at 50 minutes (online or in-person).
