About me and my therapy practice
Tube: Tottenham Court Road / Leicester Square
Welcome to my therapy practice. Whatever you are experiencing, I will provide a safe, compassionate and inclusive space for you to explore your experience and feelings.
As a BACP qualified Counsellor, I will support you wherever you are at today. You may feel stuck, unhappy and need someone to help you figure out what's going on. You may be in a crisis having experienced something acute. Whatever your need and wherever your sessions take us, my job is to make you feel safe and to be alongside you as we go.
I work with adults in one-to-one weekly therapy, either in-person or online. I am also in the process of completing an MA Psychotherapy (July 2026), to gain UKCP Psychotherapist accreditation.
