About me and my therapy practice
I work from a humanistic perspective, meaning that rather than telling you what to do, I walk alongside you to guide and support you. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, helping you find the answers that feel right for you. We all have the capacity to grow and make meaningful changes, I’m here to help you find your way.
Practice description
It can be hard to reach out and take that first step in seeking support. My priority is to make accessing help as stress-free as possible by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. You don’t need to have the right words, just an openness to exploration and I will meet you where you are.
