About me and my therapy practice

You’re seeking support which is affordable, accessible and will provide a warm, non-judgemental space in which you can navigate your experiences at your own pace: I am here to offer that.

While change and loss are part of life, that doesn’t make them easy. Therapy can help you explore what’s happening now, examine the roots of where you find yourself and formulate the way forward.

I am a fully qualified therapist with specialisms in change, loss and bereavement, and working with children and young people 11+.

I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times and the courage it takes to seek out help.

Whether you are navigating the end of a relationship or divorce, experiencing loss or bereavement, contemplating a momentous decision, or life is simply proving challenging, you can rely on me to provide an environment in which you can explore whatever you’re enduring. My intention is to help nurture your self-understanding, leaving you empowered and enabling you to lead a fulfilled and authentic life.

Therapy is exceptionally powerful and liberating and I would be thrilled to work with you. I especially welcome contact from those who identify as neurodivergent and individuals from global majority communities. Take a look at my website to learn more about me and my practice.

Practice description

I offer weekly 50-minute therapy sessions which cost £45.

Sessions are held via Zoom so that you can access counselling from the comfort of your own home. Research suggests that this method of therapy is as good as face-to-face counselling and comes with the benefits of accessibility, flexibility and ease.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute discussion for you to decide if I’m the right person to work with – I believe we need to be a good match to work therapeutically together. We will take some time to think about what it is you might like to achieve in our time working together and I’ll answer any questions you might have about counselling.

Assessment session: If you do decide to go ahead, our first full one-hour session together will be a chance for me to better establish what it is that you’d like to explore and to begin to get to know you better.
