About me and my therapy practice

⭐ Online counselling for anxiety, burnout and low self‑esteem across the UK.

You may appear capable and composed on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious or unsure how to move forward. Many people come to therapy because they’ve been carrying more than they can comfortably hold. I offer a calm, steady space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.

My approach is warm, thoughtful and grounded. I listen closely to what you say — and to what feels harder to express. Together we explore your experiences in a way that feels respectful, manageable and genuinely useful. You set the pace. There is no pressure to share more than you feel ready for.

I often support clients who feel stretched between expectations, roles or identities. You may be supporting others, navigating cultural or personal pressures, or feeling torn between different versions of yourself. You won’t need to over‑explain these experiences for me to understand their emotional impact. Many clients describe feeling relieved to finally have space where they don’t need to hold everything together.

I hold a Diploma in Counselling and a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Integrative Counselling. This allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor the work to your needs — whether you prefer practical strategies, deeper reflection or a combination of both. My aim is to help you develop a steadier relationship with yourself, understand what’s been shaping your feelings, and find a clearer sense of direction.

I welcome adults of all genders and backgrounds, including clients who may be new to therapy or unsure where to begin. You may be feeling anxious, burnt out, low in confidence or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever you’re carrying, you’ll be met with warmth, respect and a space where you can explore your inner world without judgement.

Practice description

My practice focuses on helping you develop a clearer, steadier relationship with yourself. Many people come to therapy because they’ve been carrying more than they can comfortably hold. You may feel stretched between responsibilities, expectations or roles, or find yourself supporting others while feeling disconnected from your own needs. You won’t need to over‑explain these experiences for me to understand their emotional impact.

I offer a calm, grounded space where you can pause, reflect and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you. My approach is warm, thoughtful and steady. I listen closely to what you say — and to what feels harder to express. Together we explore your  experiences in a way that feels respectful, manageable and genuinely useful.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing the work to be flexible and responsive to your needs. Some people benefit from practical strategies to help manage day‑to‑day pressures. Others need time to explore deeper patterns, past experiences or long‑standing beliefs about themselves. We will find the pace and style that feels right for you.

Clients who feel torn between expectations, roles or identities often find this space grounding. You may feel caught between different versions of yourself, unsure how to express your needs, or uncertain about the direction you want to take. Therapy can offer a place to reconnect with what feels true for you and develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself.

My practice is fully online, offering a private, consistent space where you can talk openly from the comfort of your own environment. Many clients appreciate the sense of ease, continuity and accessibility that online therapy provides, especially when life feels demanding.

My first session

Your first session is a gentle, steady introduction to the therapeutic process. It’s a space for you to talk about what has brought you here and what you’re hoping to change or understand. There is no expectation to share everything at once — you can speak at your own pace and focus on whatever feels most important.

I will ask a few questions to get a sense of what you’ve been experiencing, what feels difficult right now, and what kind of support you’re looking for. You are welcome to ask me questions too. The aim is for you to get a clear sense of how I work and whether the space feels comfortable, grounded and supportive.

Many people arrive unsure of where to begin. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out or torn between different expectations, roles or identities. This first session can be a place to start unravelling that tension. You won’t need to over‑explain yourself — I listen closely to both what you say and what feels harder to put into words.

If you’re feeling stretched, stuck or carrying more than you can comfortably hold, the first session offers a calm moment to pause and breathe. Together we begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you and explore what you might need going forward.

If we decide to continue, we’ll agree a regular weekly time for your sessions. Consistency helps create a sense of safety and allows the work to develop steadily. My aim is for you to feel understood, respected and supported from the very beginning, with a clear sense of how we can work together in a way that feels manageable and genuinely helpful.
