About me and my therapy practice

Online counselling for anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, relationships and life changes across the UK.

Perhaps you appear to be coping, but underneath you're struggling with anxiety, overthinking, low confidence, relationship difficulties or feeling stuck.

You may be used to managing things yourself, but have reached a point where you'd like some space to understand what's happening and find a way forward.

I offer a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be yourself. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting counselling.

I am an Integrative Therapist, tailoring our work to your needs and circumstances rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

I hold a Diploma in Counselling and a Level 7 Postgraduate Certificate in Integrative Counselling, with experience working with adults in private practice and voluntary settings.

I welcome adults of all genders and backgrounds.

What I can help with:

Anxiety and overthinking

Low self-esteem and confidence

Stress and burnout

Depression and low mood

Relationship difficulties

Life changes and uncertainty

Identity and cultural issues

Work-related difficulties

Men's mental health

You may have a specific issue you'd like to address, or simply feel that something isn't right. Counselling can provide space to understand yourself, explore what is happening and consider what you want to change.

Practice description

I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected and able to be honest without judgement.

Sometimes you may need space to talk and be heard. At other times, you may want to explore patterns, understand yourself more deeply or find practical ways to manage difficult thoughts and emotions.

We'll work collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable for you.

My first session

You don't need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. We'll talk about what's brought you to counselling, what you'd like help with and what you hope to gain from therapy.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you.

I generally recommend weekly sessions initially, although this can be discussed according to your needs.

I offer online counselling across the UK.

If you're considering counselling, get in touch and tell me a little about what's bringing you here.
