Hello, I'm Inka
I'm an integrative therapist offering affordable online therapy in both English and Finnish. I work with adult clients (18+) across the UK and beyond, providing support through a secure video platform.

Working With Me
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to suit you — your needs, your goals, and your unique experiences. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I draw on different techniques and therapeutic models to help us find what works best for you, so you can get the most out of each session.
We will work together to develop insight and awareness, which are the foundation for acceptance, healing, and growth.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
I believe that real, lasting change happens when you feel safe, heard, and understood. That’s why I place a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable to speak openly and explore what’s going on for you.
In our sessions, we’ll talk about your current challenges and also explore where you'd like to be in the future. We may also gently look at past experiences that are still impacting your present, helping you move toward greater alignment, clarity, and self-acceptance.
My first session
Our Initial meeting/consultation
You can choose to have our initial meeting via Zoom or phone — whichever feels more comfortable for you.
This meeting will last 60 minutes, which is slightly longer than a standard counselling session (50 minutes). The extra time allows us to really get to know each other and see whether we feel like a good fit. Choosing the right therapist is a very personal decision, and this first meeting is your chance to see whether I might be the right person for you.
Therapy works best when you feel safe, comfortable, and understood — which is why I offer this meeting at a reduced rate of £15.
This meeting is also an opportunity for me to listen and understand your situation, and to consider whether I am the right person to support you. As an ethical counsellor, I always put my clients’ best interests first. In rare cases, I may feel that your needs would be better supported by another therapist or professional. If so, I would signpost you to someone more suitable.
