About me and my therapy practice

Hello. Thanks for reading my profile. I'm here when you are ready, I know how difficult things can be. I offer you a safe confidential space to explore the issues affecting you. I'm an integrative counsellor. This means I am trained in a number of psychological theories and working with you will tailor these to meet your needs.

Practice description

I have experience from working for counselling agencies in Berkshire and Surrey. I have built trusted long term and short term therapeutic relationships and had positive feedback from those I work with.

My first session

We can start with a free 20 minute call and if you want to proceed we can arrange sessions from there.
